Family Saturday at the museum: Chir Chir – Spring!

Did you know that March 10 is the 40th Bird Day? Along with the birds, the long-awaited spring is returning to our country (we really hope so!). We invite you to welcome it at the Nature Exhibition of the Lithuanian Education Museum!

On March 7 at 2 p.m., we invite all families to join us for a cozy and meaningful Family Saturday. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the awakening nature together and learn more about the birds that return to Lithuania in spring.

During the educational program, you will learn about returning birds, hear their voices, and learn to recognize them. You will learn what makes the sounds of different birds special, how they communicate with each other, and why their return is considered a true sign of spring. You will become true nature experts – you will learn to distinguish between the mother cuckoo and the father cuckoo and find out who the real harbingers of spring are!

A fun quiz and prizes await you.
