Interesting exhibit: notebooks from the 90s
Can you imagine that thirty years ago, a school notebook was a student’s “business card”?
Bright notebook covers featuring characters from children’s books or legendary animated films were just as important as the contents of the notebook itself. Each school notebook had to be carefully covered with a transparent folder, and the student’s name, class, and subject had to be written in cursive on the cover. The inside margins of the notebooks also had to be neat, with only the teacher’s praise or comments allowed.
Take a look at the collection of school notebooks from the last decade of the 20th century, which came from the eight-year school in Navininkai, and feel the school spirit of that period!
