On September 25–26, a two-day targeted training for educators took place at the Lithuanian Education Museum, organized together with project partners from Poland – Fundacja Pogranicze (Borderland Foundation).
The aim of the event was to prepare educators to present the old games restored during the project to visitors and to conduct educational activities at the museum and public events.
During the training, the importance of communication between the educator and the audience was emphasized. The team performed various practical tasks and learned how to work with audiences of different ages and needs.
The knowledge and new skills acquired will help educators to further engage visitors in the game process, present the results of the historical research carried out during the project, and encourage interest in history.
This training is another step towards creating engaging and modern museum educational activities and events based on active participant involvement and the promotion of creativity.
