Exhibition “Thoughts of the Living Earth 2025”

The Lithuanian Education Museum is hosting an international environmental photography exhibition entitled “Thoughts of the Living Earth 2025,” which invites visitors to reflect on the relationship between humans and nature. The exhibition features works by photographers from Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine, revealing the uniqueness of nature, environmental problems, the challenges of climate change, and human responsibility for the future of the Earth. Impressive landscapes are intertwined with signs of nature’s vulnerability – disappearing biodiversity, polluted areas, and traces of human activity. The exhibition encourages us to stop, notice the changes, and think about more sustainable choices.

The exhibition is organized by the Mažeikiai District Municipality, the Lithuanian Photographers’ Union, the Mažeikiai Museum, and the Mažeikiai Photo Club.
The exhibition will run from March 10, 2026, to April 11, 2026.
