Handicraft Exhibition “suNERTOS istorijos”

The Lithuanian Education Museum and NUSINERK.LT invite you to the opening of the joint handicraft exhibition “suNERTOS istorijos” on November 29, at 11:00 a.m. – a gathering filled with feminine creativity and togetherness.

This exhibition was inspired by a strong community of knitters and crocheters who have been meeting at the museum throughout the year – creating, sharing, and weaving not only threads but also friendship.

The exhibition showcases the community’s handmade works – warm, intricate, and full of stories. It is enriched by pieces from the museum’s collection, carefully preserved over many years – quiet witnesses to the art and traditions of handicraft.

After the exhibition opening, visitors are invited to stay for a cozy gathering over a cup of tea – we will crochet together, share impressions, and exchange stories. This creative part of the event will be led by the NUSINERK.LT team.

The handcrafted works created by the knitters’ and crocheters’ community will be available for purchase throughout the exhibition period.

The event is free of charge – inspiring experiences guaranteed! Everyone is welcome to join in, bring their own knitting or crochet piece, and share warmth and the joy of creativity with others.

The event will take place in the Art Deco Hall of the Lithuanian Education Museum.
