WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY CELEBRATION “HAIL, SUMMER!”
The Lithuanian Museum of Education, Kaunas City Social Services Centre and partners invite all Kaunas residents and visitors to a colourful community celebration “Hello, Summer!”!
Programme of the celebration:
Education and games for the whole family
Engaging educational activities by the Lithuanian Museum of Education and Kaunas City Museum will invite you not only to learn, but also to create, play and get to know the world of museums up close. Workshops, activities for young and old.
A meeting with representatives of the Lithuanian Police
Lithuanian police officers will share useful tips, and the best friend of the police – Amsis the dog – will make the little ones’ hearts happy! You will learn how to be safe on the street, by the water or in the city.
Meet the firefighters and rescuers
Fire and Rescue Service officers will not only tell you about their daily routine, but also give you a chance to look at the equipment, chat and try out some activities.
Kaunas Scouts will invite you to explore nature
Kaunas Scout Community will introduce the peculiarities of Scouting life. Here you will be able to get to know their activities, try different skills and maybe even become part of the Scout family!
Fun, surprises and lots of good mood – guaranteed!

Where? In the courtyard of the Kaunas City Social Services Centre (Birutės g. 29 A, Kaunas).
