Tour with Žygimantas Augustinas at the exhibition “VAIZDO POREIKIS”

On January 10, 2026, at 1 p.m., we invite you to join renowned Lithuanian artist Žygimantas Augustinas on a tour of the exhibition “VAIZDO POREIKIS” (The Need for Image).
During the tour, the artist will present his research on the images exhibited in the exhibition – “The Case of K. Donelaitis” and “The Descendant Project.” He will talk about the creation of images of people that are impossible to see or photograph, the Western European portrait tradition, and the relationship between “reality” and subjectivity in contemporary image perception.
