Description

Memorial room for Vincas Ruzgas (1890-1972) was opened in 2005. Ruzgas was a teacher, textbook author, and founder and director of the museum. He was also the director of the reading room of Vincas Kudirka Library. The exhibition displays his personal belongings, photographs, documents, letters, awards, textbooks as well as other items. In 2015, the memorial room was renovated and supplemented with newly acquired exhibits and items from the museum collections.
